These Terms of Service govern the freelance PPC management services provided by Andrii Kolmykov and the use of this website. By engaging my services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
I provide freelance Google Ads campaign management services including but not limited to: campaign setup and management, performance reporting, bid and budget optimisation, and keyword research. The scope of work is agreed individually with each client prior to engagement.
2. Google Ads API Tool
I operate a personal internal productivity tool that uses the Google Ads API to access client account data for the sole purpose of managing campaigns on the client's behalf. This tool:
- Is used exclusively by me as a single internal operator
- Is not made available to clients or any third party
- Accesses only the accounts for which I have been granted explicit authorisation by the account owner
- Does not make automated changes without my explicit review and approval
- Complies with Google Ads API Terms of Service and Developer Policies
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for granting appropriate access to their Google Ads accounts
- Clients must ensure that advertising activities comply with Google Ads policies and applicable laws
- Clients are responsible for approving campaign strategies and budgets before implementation
4. Intellectual Property
All tools, scripts, and workflows I develop remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Campaign assets (ad copy, creatives) created for a client become the client's property upon delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for advertising performance outcomes, as these are subject to market conditions, auction dynamics, and platform algorithm changes beyond my control. I am not responsible for any losses arising from Google Ads policy enforcement actions against the client's account.
6. Confidentiality
I treat all client account data and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, I will remove my access to the client's Google Ads accounts and return or delete any account-related data in my possession.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
