This Privacy Policy describes how Andrii Kolmykov ("I", "me", or "my") handles information in connection with the Google Ads API productivity tool and freelance PPC services described on this website.
1. Information I Collect
In the course of providing PPC management services, I may access Google Ads account data on behalf of clients, including campaign performance metrics, ad creatives, keywords, and budget information. This data is accessed solely for the purpose of managing and optimising advertising campaigns as agreed with each client.
I do not collect personal information from visitors to this website beyond what is voluntarily provided via direct email contact.
2. Google Ads API Data
My internal Google Ads API tool accesses advertising data via the Google Ads API under OAuth 2.0 authorisation. Specifically:
- Data accessed includes campaign performance metrics, account structure, ad creatives, and keyword data.
- All data is fetched in real time and displayed transiently — no Google Ads data is stored in any database or third-party service.
- The tool is used exclusively by me (single internal user) on my local machine.
- No client data is shared with, sold to, or transmitted to any third party.
- OAuth credentials are stored locally on my machine and are never shared or published.
3. How I Use Information
- To manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns on behalf of clients
- To generate performance reports for client review
- To monitor budget pacing and campaign health
- To respond to direct enquiries sent via email
4. Data Sharing
I do not sell, rent, or share any client data or personal information with third parties. Google Ads data accessed via the API is used solely for the stated purpose of campaign management and is not disclosed to any external party without explicit client consent.
5. Data Retention
Performance reports shared with clients are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted upon request. No Google Ads data is retained by the API tool beyond the active session.
6. Security
I take reasonable technical precautions to protect data, including storing OAuth credentials locally with restricted file permissions and excluding them from any version control systems.
7. Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on Vercel. Google Ads API access is governed by Google Ads API Policies and Google's Privacy Policy. I use Claude AI (Anthropic) as a local interface for querying API data; no data is transmitted to Anthropic servers beyond standard API requests.
